I hear ya Paul .... I would be wanting to watch one of my Regular Series or a First Run movie and I just could not turn away from Air America and the goofunctery that went on there.

It was such a bad play off on Cheech & Chong after all .....

There have been numerous studies that low-information voters listen to Rush, Hannity, etc and watch Fox News.

As opposed to the NO-information voters who listen to ABC/NBC/CBS/CNN/MSNBC/NYTIMES/WASHPOST/ etc.?

Please link those "studies" or do us all a favor and shut the f-uck up.

That explains it all. If I had just had more information, I could have voted for Obama.03-lmfao 03-lmfao

I would like to see some of those studies too. I saw one (I believe it was on here, surprised I know) where Rush listeners were the best informed. I always suspected they were mindless robots but I would like to see the study.

Sure, I can understand that ..... if you only read Jaws or watch the movie, the only thing you will ever know is that there are 20 Foot Long Great White Sharks that Eat Boats ..... but if you mix that with Animal Planet and the Discovery Channel and other Information Outlets like the "Local Library", then you get a Well Rounded Grouping of Information and Knowledge.

This is Exactly why I tune into such sources as Air America, Bill Moyers, and other PBS Shows like Charlie Rose (whom I like very much).

If you only paint with one color, you are going to be a very Dull Artist.

they also had a Political Typology test on that site, Enterprisers which is what I scored in, had the following results related to media use

http://people-press.org/report/?pageid=949

Quote:MEDIA USE: Enterprisers follow news about government and politics more closely than any other group, and exhibit the most knowledge about world affairs. The Fox News Channel is their primary source of news (46% cite it as a main source) followed by newspapers (42%) radio (31%) and the internet (26%).

This dud(RockyMtnRamFan) is beyond attempting to save. :noisycricket:

I have known NO ONE like you in all my twenty years that I lived in Colorado. CSU hit a low point when they admitted you to their school. God knows, you get rid of one nut and a bad President at CU and you wind up with another nut and a resigned in disgrace President at CSU.

What is Colorado coming to. 05-nono

I wonder which Native American Tribe ole Ward finally decided he belonged too .....

I believe he was having some trouble with his Heritage and couldn't really tell which set of Indian Blood he had coursing thru his veins.

I know the Native American population were standing on their Toenails in anticipation of the Announcement of Who old Ward had chosen as his Blood Kin ..... so they could take him out in the Back 1000 and Loose that Peckerwood.

I believe that all the Indian Leaders of all Nations got together and helped Ward find that he was the sole surviving member of the missing "Sucking Azz Clan" - - In fact they found that he was the ONLY Member of this Tribe to ever be seen .... they love Ward at Indian Affairs ya know. 05-mafia :007: 05-deadhorse :python: :moon2:

That's right. It took a retired senator that became president of CU to do it. Then the board of regents hired Benson, a businessman that the students didn't like, the faculty didn't like but the regents did. Things are running pretty well there now. The Boulder influence must be creeping up to CSU. That would be bad. The CSU president is now resigning mid-term.

Something is going on, don't know what.

I thought ethanol from corn was "smart". Don't think that flew very well 'round ole DeKalb, did it. Now , what was it you were saying about "Intelligence" ???? 03-melodramatic

You better watch FOX News Channel dude, before you go slipping on your thought process again. You might get deep sixed along the way like Corn to Ethanol has. 03-lmfao 03-lmfao

You and ole RMRF should go up to Granby and get your high on something and enjoy each other ! ! 04-cheers
