McCain rides into town grinds the unpopular bailout bill to a halt. Shelby Pence go on TV and say the Paulson plan is heavily flawed. Shelby even said Bush isn't an economist and won't be President in 4 months. They run from his plan. They don't even show their alternative plan until the McCain, Obama White House meeting. Brilliant politics! Congressional Republican's and McCain are seen as protecting the interests of the US taxpayer. Democrats are painted with the same brush as the unpopular Bush. Shelby even said he wasn't a rubber stamp for the Democrats and Bush. BRILLL iant!!!!!

Now how long do the Republicans play chicken! Expect a bad day tommorrow for the markets, but can they let this go into next week.
