Season Ticket Numbers
This is what I have compiled so far from posts here and please correct me if I am wrong because they might be old. I do not know if the numbers I post for some of them include student tickets so please let me know if they do

WVu - 36k + 12.5k student
Pitt - 34k + 7k student
RU - 28k
UConn - 28k
UL - 36k
USF -27k
UCinn - 11.4k
SU - ?

** As far as I know, WVu is sold out. I'm assuming UL is also.

UC's is probably close to 12,000 now. Either way, I'm sure compared to the other numbers we'll be hearing about it. But is is higher than it has ever been.

Also - the student section (6000?) was close to full for the opener last night - and school is not in session yet. So that is a great sign for the remaining games.

Some people will care. Some won't. Memphis has already topped 19,000 and hopes to top 20,000 by our home opener next weekend. If we beat Mississippi tomorrow then we'll have a big rush of folks buying tickets and could end up around 22k or 23k. If we lose to Mississippi then we'll be right around 20k.

USF almost 28K + 12,501 Students

Announced crowd for each game now at 40,501....and counting! The lower bowl at RJS only holds ~42K, and there are ~1,700 season tix left on sale. This is amazing for USF, especially when every other Division I-A school in Florida outside of USF & UF have had declines in season tickets. UM is supposedly at the same level but they have not reported any 'hard numbers' that I have seen.

Glad to see attendance and fan support across the league....despite the current economy!

UofL is sold out. There is a 3 or 4 year waiting list to get tickets. When the stadium expansion is complete there will be a few available, 15K - 18K, but many of those are already spoken for. Our season ticket sales should top 50K by then.

ECU is trying to follow Louisville's model. Incredible... It is incredible how Jurich has grown this athletic department.

Anyone see any numbers on Miami's game last night? I can't believe Charlston southern in Dolphins Stadium would be much of a draw.

Bit,
Same way here with UofL tickets. If you or any of your WVU friends are going to make the trip over this year you better start looking for tickets now.

RE: Season Ticket Numbers
I'm assuming that the corporate ticket sales haven't been added to Cincinnati's total yet. If not, we're close to 15,000 to 16,000 season tickets sold. I wish UC would stop dragging their feet on announcing corporate tickets sold. Last year they wouldn't annouce the season tickets with corporate added in until the 2nd or 3rd game of the year (the Oregon State game) so we probably won't know until the 3rd game of the year, the home game against Miami-OH.
