I don't know recruiting, so I can't comment on this. I see Scout had him rated a lot higher than some other recruiting services. DailyOrange had this guy as the best of the 2009 class.

When you get a kid from Maryland who hasn't been offered by UMD, Va Tech, WVU or UVA....its no big loss...the shocking thing about the story IMO is that SU offered him in the first place. I think they were the only BCS team to do so
