Ideas for change in the BCS
BCS needs to mandate that each BCS member must play at least 2 teams home and home from other BCS conferences. This rule if implemented would cause teams to beef up there out of conference schedule. This move would also assist in determing BCS rankings because there would be more head to head games among the BCS schools.
There could even be a league rotation set where by for example the Big Ten would play the SEC in a two period and the Big East the next two year period.
Right now you have teams loading up with 8 home games which favor of course schools like Ohio State, Notre Dame and I sure we can name several others who load up home games. Clearly the rule would open up opportunities for regional games as well as national. So since most conferences play a 8 game schedule that would ad two BCS games to there OOC schedule leaving two games for other schools.
I am interested in other views of this suggestion. I know it would be difficult to implement with the Big Ten being against it.

RE: Ideas for change in the BCS
Wouldn't it be necessary for every conference to have the same number of teams for the rotation?
I think it's worth talking about.
I believe that 11 would be the perfect number of teams in a conference.
