If Boise State plays like they did yesterday against La Tech, they won't be winning any bowl game this season. They looked awful yesterday.

Speaking of awful tho, the two television announcers that SportsWest had doing that Boise State vs. La Tech game yesterday had to be the single worst announcers that I have ever heard in my life. The one guy kept calling Jared Zabransky "ZAM-BRAN-SKEE" all the way through that game to the point where I was laughing every time he said his name. Then the other guy kept mis-calling Jerard RABB's last name as "ROB". And they also mispronounced the names of virtually every other Boise State's players, such as "DREE-SAN" James rather than DRY-SUN James. It is as if they had never done ANY research at all on who played for Boise State.

I've seen some really bad sports announcers in my day. But those two had to be the absolute worst I've ever been forced to watch......EVER :crying:

I agree, but when KTVB in Boise did the last game it was on
gameplan and a sportswriter for Foxsports after watching the game in NYC said he thought the game was televised and produced by a high school in Boise. Now that is funny. errr well, kinda.
Why Ch 7 doesn't co produce a game with KBOI radio and use their audio is amazing to me.

GO BRONCOS AND THANK YOU NEVADA

Yeah, I saw that comment by that writer (dont' think it was on FOX but it may have been). But I would have to strongly disagree with him about that. I think he was simply looking at Dave Augusto and thinking he was a high schooler. Augusto does kind of look way too young and his voice is kind of like finernails on a chalkboard for most. But I have come around on him. The first couple of games he did, he did in his usual hyper style with screeching yells and hoots. But now he does seem to have calmed down a little and I can actually sort of tolerate him these days. I'll take Augusto over Dave Tester or that complete imbecile that Channel 2 had doing it last season.

Calling Tom Scott high-schoolish is outlandish tho. Scott is a consumate professional and very good at what he does. He is a major plus to their broadcast. 04-bow
