..when it first started up, I was like "ah man what is this crap, having the mid majors play on a fricken Thursday!!"
..That was my opinion of Friday night football as well.
..But I absolutely love it now, it helps with my football withdraws, and is usually a good match up. Its gotten so popular now even the ranked teams are joining in!
...But those Monday and Tues games are a drag, due to almost two weeks going by until you can see your team play.
...now my wife knows she just has to cook dinner while her man enjoys his football, and it'll be a good night for all....lol

I agree.

I love the week day football games. Talk about excellent exposure.

It's also great for added rest and preparation time for the next game.

I'm glad the MWC is "gone" after this year. The WAC is going to thrive with one less "Western" conference to compete with for air time.

Way to go ESPN.
