Hard Cider Recipe
I know Red Black makes some kickin' cider, so I'm hoping he sees this, but does anyone have a recipe for apple cider. I know there are some that include goldschlager, apple pucker, and butterschnapps. If anyone knows one that would be awesome, I wanna make it for our fiesta for tomorrow.

RE: Hard Cider Recipe
i just leave unpasteurized cider in the fridge for a few weeks and voila! hard cider (ok, maybe not the best method, but it works. just dont let it go for too long, because well then you have vinegar on your hands). its not easy to find the unpasteurized stuff, but ive got a source 03-wink

RE: Hard Cider Recipe
If I had enough time I would try to do it with the yeast like the things I Googled said.

The apple pie that Jeff makes are shots, RedBlack makes cider that isn't as strong. It's a legit question.

Doesn't it seem odd to you to make two and half gallons of shots.
