Since we're all just a bunch of dummies living pay check to pay check, and you're a fast tracking future gazillionaire in TC, why don't you enlighten us to the industry you're in. It would add some credibility to your insults, and I might stop making silly assumptions. I don't begrudge anyone making a good living, but when someone makes blanket assumptions about other peoples careers and financial status, I think it only cricket that you enlighten us to your field. UPS pilot? Cherry Broker? Give us a clue, pharmicutical sales or related sales? TC has a good hospital, that's one of the few fields (outside of real estate during the boom) that I could see someone making good money in this economy.

As for this thing being cyclical? I don't know. The U.S. car industry will never be what it once was, and a lot of the people sitting on homes up there are nearing retirement. Many want to cash out their real estate, not buy more. I've been going up to the platte for a long time. The number of forsale signs on Crystal Lake and Platte Lake is staggering.

My college roommate has been living in Shanghai for the last year and will spend a couple more years there with his family. They live like kings over there(driver, maid, nanny, etc...).
