Why is Pat White still playing, and throwing passes, with a 41-0 lead in the fourth quarter? The Mountaineers have already made their statement. Steve Slaton and White have enough statistics already. This is really somewhat unnecessary.

It should be the Jarrett Brown and Noel Devine show now. While trying out new formations at game speed is important, I would be worried about a starter getting injured, but then again maybe that is why I did not get into coaching as a career.

48--7 Final.. I think maybe the questions about the defense have been answered. HOPEFULLY!

They certainly looked good today. That is the best I've seen WVU defense play in the past 3 seasons, IMHO.

Congratulations to the Mountaineers. Way to go out and simply handle your business on the field.

I think 48-7 with 600 yards total offense should impress the pollsters. Florida is having trouble with Mississippi too.

Coach Rod is a class act. He could've laid 70 on us. We're not very good right now. Our offensive line has influenced the whole team to play as badly as them. It's contagious. The defense doesn't tackle like they have in the past 2 seasons. West Virginia is so talented AND well coached it's scary.

ECU was invited to a butt whooping party in Morganton. We certainly brought the butts.

After the Maryland game, I thought my Pirates were in trouble. West Virginia's DFense has certainly improved.

Yep. The D has gotten better every game. I hope the trend continues.

If y'all don't get screwed by the pollsters and can get through the tough Big East schedule, I'd love to see what the 'Eers have for Southern Cal. I think the speed is enough for them if y'all can defend them.
