Sen. John McCain brought his "Straight Talk" tour to South Carolina Wednesday morning.

The presidential hopeful spent 90 minutes talking to nearly 500 people who crammed into the Murrells Inlet VFW Hall.

At the campaign rally, McCain was asked if an attack on Iran is in the works, the GEORGETOWN TIMES reports.

McCain began his answer by changing the words to a popular BEACH BOYS song.

I really dont see something like this affecting McCain's campaign at all. You are over reacting.

This is going to be a very interesting election, nobody wants to elect a republican after Bush but there are a lot of people in this country that would never elect a black person or a woman either, something has to give and if I had money to bet on it I would guess the Republican wins if he is going against Hillary or Obama.

Dean did less than that and it killed him. Yeaaarrrrgggh!

McCain didn't need to do this in order to kill his chances. He has flip flopped all over the place.

No chance at getting the Republican nomination

To be honest, I was really hoping that he got into the song. He totally could have played it off as a joke, but the way he went about it, made him seem like George Bushyish, in more ways than one. Which in my opinion isn't good.

He then told his critics to "Get a life!" LOL
