The Georgia Tech campus very nice, especially given it's urban setting.
I have stayed a week at Clemson - and was frankly not impressed. I had the misfortune of staying in the Johnstone dorms where I was forced to buy large stockpiles of RAID so the cockroaches wouldn't vandalize the room or beat up people (those suckers were huge!). I also love the pollution that collects on all the buildings around the coal powered power plant, which I was told by an Clemson official operates at a single digit efficiency. I think Clemson could have done alot more given their setting (reference the beautiful Furman University campus)
From what I've seen attending away games... UNC is nice as is Duke (in a humble kind of way).
Florida State's best building is the football stadium. Everything else I've seen on campus needs serious work.

Of course Maryland's is the best! What a silly question. I've never been to the other 8, but that doesn't matter. I don't need to see them to know that they are inferior.

I think UNC's is really nice.
I've seen pictures...and UVa is suppose to be really nice.
Some people think State's campus is kinda ugly. It's not that bad really. It's just full of bricks!! However, I think they are renovating almost all of the buildings.
Centennial Campus at NC State is NICE!!!! It will be one of the premier campuses in the nation when it's finally through. It's also going to have a golf course built on it and everything.

UNC and UVA have the most beautiful campus's in the ACC and they are very similar.
UNC has a beautiful campus. The old stone walls, large trees, green lawns, beautiful athletic facilities (Fetzer field, Kenan Stadium, Dean Dome), plus Franklin Street is awesome!
Virginia is very similar to UNC. The trees are beautiful, the stone walls and the buildings are like UNC's, and the lawn and Rotunda are gorgeous. The UVA campus probably looks most beautiful in the fall with all of the orange leaves.

I will be going to UNC for our football game this year. And possibly UVA also. Afterwards, I will tell you why they are inferior to Maryland's campus!

My opinion, I have been to 7 out of the 9.
Beautiful campuses:
Maryland (I love the architecture)
Duke (I have an affinity for the gothic nature of it)
UVA (In the spring it is probably the most beautiful campus)
Ga Tech (I only saw part of it, but what I saw of it was very nice)
Not ugly, but not pretty either:
UNC (maybe it's the whole rivalry thing, but UNC looks like a dump at some parts. I love the sundial area though.
NC State (there are some VERY nice parts, and then the... umm... err... not so nice parts
UGLY:
FSU
Something about FSU's campus make me want to puke.
