Looking at this objectively, losing Cheney would be the best thing that could happen for Bush's November chances. He could insulate himself from a lot of the suspicions about the decision-making on Iraq, and choose a much more popular running mate like a Rudy Guiliani.
That said, I hope like heck Cheney stays on the ticket.

I don't disagree that R Guiliani would be a good candidate. Hell, I would love to see him in office in 2008, but that website is bullsh*t. Its probably maintained by some guy like Ted Rall, Michael Moore, or the like.

What's amazing is this story is so credible, and the indictments so merited that it's been picked up by exactly 0 major news outlets.
Since when are the french so high and mighty about bribes?
