I couldn't believe it when W came out with this new sloagan. This will lean heavily in Kerry's favor. What results can W campaign on. Mission Accomplished? The roaring success of his economic policies? Wow what a thing to campaign on. Here are some results of a newsweek poll.

Kerry gets higher ratings as someone who can be trusted “to make the right decisions during an international crisis

Really? I could have sworn that 50% of Americans think Bush is doing the right thing, and 58% of Americans trust Bush on national security.

Results matter. Like taking action to defend our country. Results matter- like 20 years on the Senate and voting over and over again to cut vital programs to our defense- programs that we absolutely must have now.

Results matter. Like voting against the Laci Peterson law, which protects mothers in event of an attack when pregnant.

Results Matter. Like being in Senate for 20 years and having nothing significant to show for it.

SHOWING UP MATTERS. Like serving on the Senate Intelligence Committe, and missing 38 out of 43 intelligence meetings.

John Kerry is a fraud.

Results matter-Marshalling the resources to defend the nation and its interests against what is the greatest threat to its borders in almost 150 years.

Results matter-Providing the correst antidote to a flagging economy that allows productivity and investment to grow the fastest rate in over 20 years.

Results matter-Providing notice to the rest of the world that we are going to act in our best interests and you can be a part of that if you choose. If you do not, then do not come crying to us when you need a break. We do not care if you love us. Respect us, even fear us, but do not oppose us.

Yeah, results matter a great deal.

O.K. we can play this game.

Results matter.... like when you push through a tax cut that leads to record deficits. Do you realize tax cuts ranked twelth on America's priorties in 2000. School funding ranked number one that list.

Results matter........ Like putting in an honest day's work for an honest day's pay. Not spending over 40% of your first year on vacation. Don't give me the Camp David and working vacations at the ranch. The guy is a fraud. I wish he would have flip flopped or waffled on his vacation plans.

Results matter.......... You compare 20 years of a Senate record versus W's first 43 years of life. He wrecked business and bankrupted people. He personal dealings were a monumental failure. I'll gladly take a public servant versus the private failures of W anyday.

Results matter.... Where are those jobs W promised????

Results matter............ Where are those WMD"S??????????????????????

What a joke!!!!!

Most importantly, then, are the results of the election in November. You will then see how out of touch your positions are with the working, mainstream voters of the nation. I cannot wait.

Those results will indeed matter.

Randy,

May the best man win.

I noticed wher Mo. is now trending W. Ohio looks to be trending Kerry by seven points. I don't know where I read that. Torch one time had a table of all the states and where the were trending. It would be intersting to see that today. I think Kerry has to win Missouri. So you may be right, but hopefully some things change by November.

You are correct, for all of our sakes, may the best man win. Whomever that turns out to be.

Doggey's obsession with me is making me uncomfortable. Is there such a thing as an internet restraining order?

Randy,

What's hilarious to me is those who are already toasting a Kerry victory when the signs are pointing to a big disappointment. He only got a 4 point bounce of of his convention, the LOWEST IN HISTORY since Newsweek started taking the poll.

I'm not saying anything is a lock, I have no idea what will win. But morons lock doggey who get all orgasmic over some polls fresh off a convention make me laugh.

But for me, polls mean nothing until after both parties have had their convention.

Reasonable people understand that, which is why Doggey doesn't get it.

He really is a tard.

niner,

your the one who says I'm marginalized, yet your in the 33%. No hard feelings, just proving a point. On the other thread about the electoral college I couldn't believe Kerry was in such a lead. I've never called you a name other than little niner. Maybe you and your buddy GB need to look at the AUP's again.

Good Day.

BTW Randy thanks for the discourse.

The latest Zogby poll has Bush leading Ohio within the margin of error-if you put any stock in the polls of July and August, which I don't.

But really, after that rousing speech on Thursday night, we shouldn't be too worried. Kerry might be the best Republican President we've ever had. He won't get universal health care passed, and his idiotic tax raise on capital gains and small businesses would be repealed as the next true Republican took office.

Lies only get you so far...sooner or later, Kerry's true colors will be revealed. A stronger America, indeed.

When views are based on nothing but hate, that marginalizes you. A stupid poll doesn't do it, like Carl pointed out.

Quote:No hard feelings, just proving a point.

YOu've never proven a point in your life, other than you're a hate monger.

BTW doggey,

In the other thread you called me a fear monger, junior and an idiot.

Quote:niner in the far far right category and by his own statements makes him the fear monger

Quote:I didn't put the e on idiot

Quote:Junior-- Here's how deficits occur.

Next time you want to lie you might want to edit out the evidence against you before you do it.

Night Night Mother Teresa.

I like the results of Bush's administration. You don't. Who cares? You weren't going to vote for him anyway. Results can be spun in any direction. I choose to see the good and thank God every day that Bush is in office as opposed to that boring moron from Tennessee.

niner,

Sometimes I wonder why I even bother. Hatemongering would be calling someone a tard when they disagree with you. From the things I have read neither side will recieve much of a bounce this year. 90% of the electorate is already decided. Is this not a fact or have you read differently? I really don't care for the play yard name calling, but it shows your lack of etiquette and intelligence. In the future I would prefer only civil discourse with you. If you can not refrain from your childish actions please do not respond. There will be no need for a restraining order.

Hey Reb,

Is there anything you can do with niner? I do believe we have an AUP violation. Unless you only ban people who defend the democrats.

Yeah, Rebel, but I do thank God every day that Big Al invented the internet...we're all in his debt. :drink: :bang:

No, hate mongering is developing an entire range of views based on personal hatred for our president. We know your views are based on hate because they have no semblance of any rationale or logic.

Quote:I really don't care for the play yard name calling, but it shows your lack of etiquette and intelligence.

I see. So what does you calling me a fear monger and an idiot say about yours? Or have you, conveniently as you do with most other things, ignored the fact that you said those?

Quote:In the future I would prefer only civil discourse with you. If you can not refrain from your childish actions please do not respond.

Ditto for you too bud.

Quote:There will be no need for a restraining order.

I'll keep the option open, however thanks for your reassurances.

Out of curiosity Doggey is you calling me an idiot and a fear monger a AUP violation? Just curious if you thought of that in your rush to tattle on me?

Glass houses and all that.

As I said in the last reply. I called you junior after you called me the same thing. I called you an idiot AFTER you called me the same thing. I really don't care for this. Yet, people wonder why the left leaves. The moderation is extremely one sided.
