T-Monay ... read my many posts in this thread. DNA testing is not absolute due to the method they use to test. In fact, it's accuracy is less than that of a fingerprint. Let me give you easiest example that is also the hardest to defend.... twins.

There are two debates here, one is the philosophical debate on whether it would be a "good" thing to have DNA on file to aid when a crime takes place.

The second is whether this would be acceptable, given that things go wrong in our imperfect world.
