That's it? A piece from 2002 from people that you, in the past, have shown contempt for?
I don't have time to respond to everything is this thread. I get ganged up on every time I come in here.
The reality is, as of mid-January:
-- 55 percent of Americans thought George Bush was mishandling Iraq.
-- 49 percent believed invading Iraq was a mistake.
-- 59 percent believed the Bush administration was either hiding important elements of what they knew or mostly lying about weapons of mass destruction.

So I'm not going to answer all your questions and respond to all your insults. It just isn't possible.
If you want answers -- call up a friend. You see the poll numbers. Chances are pretty good that someone close to you agrees with me on those basics.
That said, I can't let the above post go.
I have never, in my life, felt contempt for the Catholic Church. And I resent the accusation.
I am also sick and tired of conservatives thinking theirs is the party of God.
Quote:Weak Schad. ...and again, THEY aren't the litmus test for morality either. There have been so many attrocities caused under the veil of Catholicism it isn't even funny. While Pope Pius XII helped the Jews during the Holocaust, he never once condemned Hitler for doing it.
Who is showing contempt now?
Mormons engaged in polygamy. The Southern Baptist Convention was founded for the express purpose of upholding their pro-slavery views.
Take the plank out of your own eye.
