Well the dinosaurs seemed to have survived quite nicely for several 100 million years on a warm earth. Amazingly they aknowleged that some scientist disagree with global warming. What they really mean though, is that while all right thinking scientist agree with global warming, a few barbarians (most likely in the pay of the oil companies ) dare to go against the the conventional wisdom of there betters. :D

If SF had written the article, he would have written it as "scientists".
