I like the depth we have on the team right now, I hope to see some of them next year contributing to the team. I know some of them will be redshirting, but we might have a few freshmen start next year.

It's a good possability that some of the freshmen will be starting next year. I think they will help this team out, and it shows the recruiting job Bustle has done by sigining some of these freshmen he did.

Where do you see freshman starting? There are about three or four red-shirts who will probably see some playing time, but I can only see one or two positions that there is any chance. Why do you think they are still signing JUCOs?

what about Jesse Newman/Jemarcus Smith/and Abdule levier. All are technically freshman which will probably see playing time this season.

So all of these are on offense except Smith, who will have to beat out a senior, who had a lot of playing time, and a junior who started. I think under those circumstances, you're looking at a redshirt unless someone is moving to another position. I hope he's that good, it would be great. So far, Bustle not been inclined to give a tailback most of the carries although I wish someone would step up and assume that role. Rubin at this point, probably to small to be an every down back.

I don't know if it was our defensive scheme or just our players themselves. Either way I was not impressed with most of our CB's. I think Smith (if as good as advertised) does have a chance to start and if not start see significant playing time. One thing I like about Bustle is all positions are open for competition. Let the best player win.

Well Bustle did have Chester Johnson playing a good bit as a true freshman. I think Bustle will leave the position open and if a freshman wins the job, then he has full faith they'll do a good job b/c they won the position.
