They play football only, all other sports are in the Big West. Seems like they were approved for all sports membership but with Utah State and New Mexico State leaving, Idaho and Denver are most likey gone. Even the commish has all but said so.

It's just a matter of time and where are they going to be accepted in. I hope they get into a good conference and make it there.

Idaho is the victim in all this. They came on board to the Sun Belt with these great visions of a Sun Belt / WAC team swap that would have gotten them in the WAC. They knew they would never play all their sports in the Sun Belt, that wasn't the plan. Now, they are left high and dry. I really feel for the program and their fans.

If they only expected to stay in the Sun Belt to make it to the WAC then shame on their officials for thinking that, and your right their fans are getting screwed in all this.

Not Quite, They understood what they were doing. Plan was to have 3 western teams play in the SB in hopes to trade with WAC where we got rice/tulsa/smu/la tech, theyd get NMSU/Idaho/and Utah state. All more regional and everyone wins. When Three of those teams left to goto CUSA, Idaho was gonna hold strong and form a huge league with all members of wac inevitably moving to SBC, but NMSU and USU left leaving them screwed. If we cant keep them on as members and their forced to go indie in FB, I think all our schools should work with them to make sure they can make the 5 1A home game requirement.
