NCAAbbs is current sharing a server with 6 other clients. We have 15 GB hard drive, 120 GB transfer. It would appear with all the recent additions, we are going to be closer than comortable (~105 GB) of our limit. So at the end of this month, we are going to be moving to a long term solution. Our own DEDICATED server with 80 GB hd, FASTER connection, 512 MB RAM, and 1000 GB transfer. Yes you read that right... 1000 GB transfer. That could host a significant portion of the freakin' Rivals network I'd imagine :) The monthly bill is payable by admins, but we will be using the entire kiddy of donations to pay for the setup, and then some. We appreciate the help already provided and any help that comes in.

Absolutely nothing will be lost in the transfer, and we are working to assure the absolute minimum downtime. As usual, we will be providing a temporary workaround for Windows users so even if you are not yet resolving the new server, you can access our site. We will also be providing detailed updates on a different website.

More info on the exact date etc to come as the time approaches.

Thanks for making the NCAAbbs great and popular... here's to a long term solution that will handle our needs for years to come!
