tsupikap, can you lay off this whole attendance thing?

Like Swamphound said, the teams that need to work on attendance know who they are, and from what I've read are making some good moves to get where they need to be.

Plus, its just starting to get a little annoying...

Thanks for your enthusiasm in Troy State Sports, I wish you would write about them a little more.

GO TROJANS!

Let's go ahead and post these figures so people do not have to go offsite to see the numbers unless they just want to verify

#092 Troy State 21,091
#099 North Texas 18,694
#100 Arkansas State 17,488
#102 New Mexico St 16,069
#107 Utah State 14,921
#109 Louisiana-Lafayette 13,995
#112 Idaho 12,064
#113 Louisiana-Monroe 11,298
#115 Middle Tennessee 11,021

I see a lot of work that needs to be done by all schools and nothing for any team to boast about (highest team finished 92 out of 117 teams). I truly believe these numbers will be significantly better this season.

I think we the schools playing more SBC schools it will help attendance and it will make some of the schools who didn't make the 15k get there. I think Swamp is right and everyone in the conference needs work on attendance until we get sold out games b/c sold out games = more money for the athletic departments which = better programs.

not to meantion that the SBC is only 3 years old and the student base at our schools (especially UNT) had no real knowlege of the other SBC schools. Now that we're building a history with eachother attendance is slowly growing. Basically youll see higher attendance with MTSU (rivalry), NMSU(close game), Troy(good game), and ULL(because we like calling you Ooh La La) :-D
