I think Troy and Arkansas State's colors are too much alike, one of them should change their school colors.

I think the MAC should change their name to the Rust Belt; what do you think?
OK, MAC fans do not get uptight; I live in Madison, WI and deal with the rust myself

I think the BCS is a perfect way to choose a National Champion.
I think all other schools who are not in the BCS should just stop playing football.

I think either Louisiana at Lafayette or Louisiana at Monroe should change their name to Louisiana.

I think all SunBelt football programs should schedule only OOC games. With no conference losses, they would all share the title and could all go to the New Orleans Bowl.
Oh...I like cheese!!!

MTSU and UAB should change their mascots because winged horses and dragons aren't real.

Since Florida produces the best athletes to play college football this conference which I predict will be formed really soon will be the best in the nation:
The Sunshine Conference:
North Division:
Edward Waters
Florida
Florida A&M
Florida State
North Florida
Edward Waters
Jacksonville
South Division:
Bethune-Cookman
Central Florida
Florida Atlantic
Florida International
Miami
Webber International
South Florida
I think Florida International needs to drop their rivalry with Florida Atlantic and start a new one with Webber International. They can battle for the name "International".

Seems our buddy sent in a question to Wright Waters in this month's questions on the Sun Belt site. He wrote:
Quote:Question (David Krysakowski): What is the legacy of having Idaho, New Mexico State and Utah State in the Sun Belt Conference?
Commissioner Wright Waters: We became an IA conference, recognized the advantages, enjoyed the national publicity and made some good friends.

Okay... for the sake of us new people, would someone tell us all the story of David Krysakowski? 'Cause all of these posts seem humorous as they are. I'm sure they'd be even more so if we knew the story behind them.

To make a long story short, he posts some totally off the wall stuff and always posts in the same format everytime, one statement. He acts like a fan of the Sunbelt, but I have my doubts about that.
Just scan the board and look for the posts made by David. After you read enough of them, you will totally understand what we are all saying.

As usual David shows everyone his lack of knowledge about Sun Belt sports. I wonder why he even cares about the Sun Belt Conference, is there not anything better to do in Shippensburg, PA (where his IP address traces back to)?

Hello BTW I'm an ECU fan that drops by your board every know and then to read the posts. I got a kick out of this thread and had to join in.
David Krysakowski: I like hotdogs they should serve them at sporting events.

I think football games should be played on 100 yard fields with two 10 yard enzones.

The sad part is that he actually said something similar in a thread about basketball arenas. :bang:

He sent in more than one question. Here are the other two:
Quote:Question (David Krysakowski): Is Denver interested in leaving the Sun Belt Conference? Are they going to join a conference that makes up western schools that don't have football?
Commissioner Wright Waters: David, Denver is a great university and whatever criteria is used they have distinguished themselves. The Sun Belt Conference in the middle 90's made a commitment to Denver and Denver has done nothing but improve their sports program during their membership in the conference (as evident by the championships they won last year.) But, with 10 sports playing in the conference, every time they come to a championship or a conference competition in the future, they will first be heading to the airport. While the expense may be manageable given the nature of the airport, the reality is in the amount of missed class time. But Denver is also a unique school; academically they have very few peers. Their sports offering are unique among Division I conferences, so a perfect fit is going to be difficult but I think given the dynamics of the western conferences there will be an opportunity for Denver in a western league that makes geographic sense at some point in the future. We are proud of their membership in the Sun Belt Conference.
Quote:Question (David Krysakowski): On June 4, 2004 the WAC decided to invite Idaho and they accepted. Is Louisiana-Monroe going to become a full member of the Sun Belt?
Commissioner Wright Waters: As I am answering this on July 4, 2004; I think you will see the answer to that in the next 10-14 days.
