Congratulations, and keep in mind the NCAA will take a team with six wins this year. Glad to see Southern Methodist is FINALLY recovering from that ridiculous death penalty. Hopefully you guys will continue to grow and build, which could turn the TCU/SMU game into an all out brawl on the field soon.

How great it is to be winning. Even if for a short while. And I would settle for a winning season and a good recruiting class.

Who the heck have ya played thats worth a crap, yet alone mention a bowl bid. I hardly think Sam Houston (D1AA) Tulane, Marshall or UTEP will show any strengh of that lame schedule. Good luck to smu and the fans for at least having a winning season so far. I would still fire the head coach.
Besides that is bad karma to start talking bowl bids this early when you really haven't beaten anybody who was worth a crap.
