Ignoring the childish sarcasm, Satt makes ALL the QB offers and they don't get an offer until they throw for him in a camp in Boone. Steph made all the required throws better than anyone else who showed up at camp and yes there were some more highly rated guys there. He was the guy Satterfield wanted. Sure...24/7 makes up offers now..gotcha. I know for a fact Justin Fields did not step foot on Apps campus but still had and offer and Satt would have walked to his house to sign him....Also some throws at camp for one day negates everything they did in high school. You are funny.

Well obviously someone who doesn't come to camp to throw isn't interested in App, so Fields is completely irrelevant here. Point is, of all the QBs WHO CAME TO THROW (which included guys ranked higher and with more offers than Brown), Brown performed the best and became the #1 choice.

Nope that is not what was said, homeboy said ONLY kids that come to camp get an offer so get the story straight among yourselves. Also which kid did he pass on because all above are committed to other schools two P5 only one did not commit early.

We offered Fields in May 2016. In fact, we were the second school to offer him. It became clear he was beyond our reach. So, we seriously pursued Brown. So he was THE one we wanted. Obviously if Fields had shown interest we would have sought him but of those QBs we spent time looking at Brown was the guy we wanted.
