Kent to Mobile against whoever it was that year
BG to millitary against 20 SJSU
Toledo to Idaho against 21 USU

Move all of those games down to our tie ins and you may have 4 wins instead of 0. Maybe we won a game that season? Not sure.

Honestly NIU and Ohio have been horrible historically in bowl games...and they rep every season so we dont know the actual answer.

Toledo prides itself on bowl history though and is 5th in FBS by percent with more than 10 games played (10-6). Miami is also very good (7-4).

Another simple answer is losing focus and coaching changes. Idk if there is data to support it happens to us more than the other guy tho.

Long term is fine, but let's focus on recent history. Since 2010 Miami has played in 2 bowl games going 1-1, Toledo has been in 6 going 3-3.
Yeah.

Losing to 12-2 and 10-3 teams doesnt bother me. Seeing we get feature bowl games, the record is explained. Losing to FIU sucked but Satterfield stole our damn signs. We were not that good either, just happy to be bowling again after a 4 year oasis.

How many SBC teams are playing ranked teams in bowl games?

stAte beat number 25 Kent State.

We played a ranked CMU and lost on a blocked field goal.
