She said the core problem was ESPN overpaid for some of its sports rights. Can anyone say "Big Ten?"

Anyway, too much money going out and a shrinking amount coming in. Not a good business plan.

She also talked about the political angle a little bit. And I think it comes down to what she said..."they forgot their core audience."

I would say They overpaid for MNF, should have paid a little less for the B1G rights, and need to figure out how to be more relevant in today's media platforms.
