Sure, but thats not unusual for any conference. The problem with CUSA is the whole top half is legitimately pretty good and the whole bottom half is awful. Its not just one or two good and one or two bad with the rest in the middle. I'll cut UTEP and USM some slack because they do try and have a history of decent hoops.


Does USM have good hoops history ? (Not saying they don't.... I'm just unaware)

I know that UTEP does. And Western fans remind us often about theirs (-;
