Hell, we had our QB playing RB because everyone else was injured. In the end, excuses are like...well you know. Everybody has one. Prevailing point is we went into their house and beat those boys ragged when the experts said we shouldn't have.

Florida had the talent to beat us even with all the injuries they had. We were decimated as well by injuries.

We are going to get our yards against any defense. We do it against UGA, Bama, Florida etc.....It's the nature of our offense. But the real problem for Florida that game was coaching.

Yes their offense was struggling, but if you watched any Georgia Southern games during that season one of the first things you'll notice was that anyone could throw against us. We had a porous secondary. Yet, Florida kept trying to run the ball all game until it was two late. Yes, I know Morningwhig was no Aaron Murray, but they could have destroyed us throwing the ball.

I keep seeing this but it is dead wrong. Florida was throwing the ball early. We dropped two or three interceptions. Our coverage in the first half was outstanding. Floridas strength was the run. If they threw the ball 40 times we would have blown them out.
