Also, comparing College Town at FSU to what you guys need I am not sure is a fair comparison. FSU has 40k+ students that are mostly living on or around campus. Yes Ga State has 30k+ students but the majority of these are commuters if I am not mistaken. I just don't see the demand for a college town type atmosphere at Ga State.

LOL. Just because Ga Southern is broke doesn't mean every other state school is broke. If there's mutual interest, Ga State will get it done.
