A typical response and I guess I echo Tom's response. We know that a lot of people equate urban and non-white with unsafe and since Atlanta is largely both there must be bodies turning up just because you say so.

Of course Little Rock makes most of these lists and the simple fact is there isn't a lot of crime in Little Rock except inside the triangle formed by I-630, I-30 and I-430 and even then there are plenty of places I'd walk alone at night and not think twice about it inside there.
