TV is pushing for more and more September conference games. That means more late season open dates (the Big 10 for years played four non-conference, 8 conference then finished the weekend before Thanksgiving).

The G5 schools are always casting about needing non-conference opponents that will go home/home.

I'm not ruling out UMass because they can be a compromise short-term fix.

Kitton is a bit off on dates. Conferences submit schedules to ESPN in February. December of 2014 would be about the last possible time to make a move for 2015.
Do you think a UMass add for fb gets NMSU a full invite or no?
