Magnum P.I. S1 / Net Flix
--10 episodes in and what I find kind of funny is that the theme music at the start of the series dips in and out of the theme I most remember.

Star Trek (original) S1 / Net Flix
--It was up on Net Flix and decided to watch it. I like the first class. Looked like they really tried to make it a multiracail/gender affair. I believe the version NF is showing is the BR remastered episodes because they look super clear for 60s tv.

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Kahn / NF
--Cool movie and I liked how Kahn was played.

Star Trek III: The Search for Spock
--The whole Genesis thing and what not made it kind of interesting.

Star Trek: Nemesis / NF
--It started out very slow and boring but once they met up with the "Nemesis" I kind of liked it. FWIW, I don't overly feel that STtNG cast but...

Star Trek / BR
--IDK, I just really liked the energy of this new cast. I liked seeing the back story of Spock portrayed--kind of gave you a better view of how he was the way he was. I think Pile did a great job with doing Kirk too.

The Town / BR
--Great action drama in the 'hoods of the Boston outskirts. I think Ben Affleck did a great job with the movie.

The Avengers / BR
--One of the best pulled off action cast ensembles that I can remember. Great humor too.

Django Unchained / BR
--Just another cool tale from Qunetin Tarantino.

The Fast and the Furious / BR
--Just kind of a cool car movie wrapped in a crime caper.

2 Fast 2 Furious / BR
--Odd that the BR doesn't offer the option to play the intro then the movie liked the dvd did. It does have that 10m featurette but as a selectable scene to play. I liked the focus on the racing but I felt the drug smuggler plot and the bridge jump were a little too much.

The Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift / BR
--I liked the movie, a kind of return to the roots of the street racing culture, but in a different country this time.

Fast and Furious / BR
--Kind of a cool way to return to the cast of the first movie. I think it had the best mix of street racing culture with crime drama of the series.

Fast Five / BR
--Kind of gets out of the car racing stuff and more into straight crime caper with hooked up cars. I did like the idea of the all star cast returning.

Ninja Assasin / BR
--just a real kick ass ninja movie.

GI Joe/ Theater
--Better than the first movie in terms of being less scifi and more action. not sure about the casting changes for some of the characters. Not sure how I felt about them killing off Duke.

The Great Gatsby/ Theater
--Cool period movie. Not sure about some of the Jay Z tracks appearing in the movie. I could tell they really tried to drive the 3D even though I didn't watch the 3D version.

Star Trek: Into Darkness/ Theater
--Once some stuff got revealed I was torn between how much I liked II versus this movie. That said, I liked the way they reversed some of the elements yet the story dynamics were just as interesting.
