Mullet has a decent point there. There were times in the early to mid 2000s when it didn't matter who we were playing. The fans showed up and put out for the team. Student participation is a huge key.

Mullet is right. While there are moments, the atmosphere was not recaptured. Go look at old footage of packed students standing end to end in the bleachers for the entire game being loud and making noise. Due to a plethora of reasons, that has not happened in a while.
