I don't think these guys are going to get tortured. I'm sure they will be released pretty soon and it will all be a big joke when they get back home. Maybe LaVar can give the authorities a lifetime supply of Big Baller Brand shoes to speed up their release.

welp it kind of depends on the person in charge if they ever went to prison. It's not like anyone sees what happens in there. But I think it's around 80K that are missing.

I would never defend China's record on human rights. It is abysmal. I just don't think much will happen to these guys because of their notoriety and the negative attention it would bring to the regime there.
