I'll add my own personal observations specific to the southeast in stock market form:

Buy: MLS, CFL, NCAAFB, College Baseball
Canadian Football is a big draw in your area?
Hold: NASCAR, NCAAMBB
Sell: NBA, MLB (the incompetent ownership of the Braves is leading to mass casual fan bleedout), NHL
Hawks suckage I presume? The Hawks haven't seem to have captivated the ATL since Dominique Wilkins left the franchise.
Fans already dumping on the Braves after their big new stadium?
NHL because the Thrashers relocated and thus no home team to support?

Short: WNBA
Delist: Arena Football, NCAAWBB

Curious listings IMO.
