Because it is a complete merger. Armstrong's campus is roughly 50 miles from GSU' campus(mostly interstate travel to boot). Will essentially be GSU main campus(Statesboro) and GSU-Savannah. All sports will be at main campus. Personally hoping we'll be able to use Savannah Civic Arena(Cap. 8,000)) if needed to give us more time to save up for new arena in Statesboro. This is a BIG DEAL

Will you start getting athletics fees from AASU/GSU-S campus?

Yes. Just like how Georgia Perimeter College merged with Georgia State, those students now pay a Georgia State Athletic fee and are considered Georgia State students. Same for Armstrong students with Georgia Southern.
