I'd say LC S2 over LC S1 but.... Diamondback and Bushwacker both made their respective seasons. Black Mariah was also a show stealer. Shades though... was OG in S1, in S2, his romance with Mariah creeped me out.

JJS1 > JJS2 but more so because Killgrave was SOOOOOOOOOO interesting. I loved the backstory they went through is S2. Both were pretty strong.

IF S2 >> IF S1. I think they did a much better reasoning out of his issues in executing the Iron Fist. The background of him in Kuhn Lun and with his adopted brother or whatever was also done way better. I thought the series was taking a serious uptick quality. The first season felt like it was thrown together to get it out before The Defenders.

As for DD..... I thought all 3 seasons were real strong in their own way. I'd probably go 1>3>2. But they each delivered some great stories. I will say though, that Kingpin was done so well that he kind of made S1 and S3 more so than anything DD did.

The Defenders was really solid in putting the main 4 together.

The Punisher was a good way to follow up his appearance in DDS2. I hope is S2 continues in a good way what they started.
