Tubby got a less talented team in a much stronger conference into the tournament. Depth will be the deciding factor.

Maybe...but that was also a team that learned Tubby's way of doing things for three years. The first thing he has to do is erase at least a year of Pastner from this guys' minds.

I think we'll have a solid season and start turning it on late. We miss the tournament but make the NIT and set the stage for success in the following years.

My thoughts, as well. I don't want my expectations set too high for Tubby's first year.
