Time to FIX THE FREAKING FOUNTAIN in Hurt Park (which was originally funded by the Woodruff Foundation, btw).

I think I drove by there the other day, would there have been a lot of vagrants in there?

When I go by there are usually either zero guys in there or about 10. Its the park with giant Magnolia trees.
