Vinny Vans is always good for a late nite bite of pizza.
City Market is nice place to hang sometimes live bands play there.

River St. is good if you've never been. Several restaurants and bars. Remember you can get your drinks to-go (only in the downtown area).

There is a great dessert shop/bar off MLK that is a cool place to bring a someone special.

I used to just hang out at the Bar-Bar at City Market (below the wild wings). Free pool if you can get a table (only 2 available). It has been a number of years since I've been, but it was like that for a long time.

Eh, Spanky's and Tubbys are just about the same thing, (owners are brothers I believe) and Tubby's has a much better view at their downtown location.
