It isn't an either or. I'm am almost certain Benson and the schools are trying to broker a full member east add (JMU/Liberty) with UMASS, plus full membership for NMSU and a spot for MSU in 15.

If they can't split the pie 14 ways, then its #1... assuming JMU is out of the picture and Liberty is the last man standing.
