USA's choice for permanent rival will be ULL.
Troy's choice will probably be Ark State

Assuming an 8 game league schedule, that would mean 5 games in division, one divisional rival, and two rotating games.

For Arkansas State, they would get a game in Alabama every other year. That would harm their Alabama recruiting. If they look at Georgia and Alabama together, its not that big of a deal because they'd likely play at 2 of USA, Troy, Ga St, and Ga So. with some frequency. But Georgia Southern is a LONG way from Arkansas State's recruiting grounds within Alabama. I'm not sure that really helps.
