Can't Upload or Link Avatar
I've been trying to upload or link to an avatar and have been woefully unable to do so. Getting these error messages:

- The URL you entered for your avatar does not appear to be valid. Please ensure you enter a valid URL.

- The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again.

I've resized the file to 150x150, 100x100, even down to 75x75. I've compressed it as well. No luck. I've tried from multiple browsers as well. I've also tried different file types.

Suggestions?
