Time for a new thread, but the way things are going this may not be very exciting this season if there are significant cancellation of games. So, to start it off, here's the status as far as I know of Rockets on rosters as of today.

The latest add to the above list was Zac Kerin who just signed with the Titans. That makes 4 Rockets with Tennessee for the moment.

Hunt needs to put every cent he earns into some type of investment because he could be out of the league forever for any number of reasons.

hunt needs a good healthy season and he will sign a 4 year prime of his career/low wear and tear contract that will define his financial future.
i think kareem's a bit of a knucklehead buried in an engaging and upbeat guy. he's got some pain and issues but if he cuts/moderates the alcohol, he's got a chance to figure it out. and, when he's mentally and physically healthy he's a great football player.

agree with the second paragraph but not entirely the first. The guy just doesn't seem "evil" or mean at heart. He doesn't handle frustration and he gets himself into situations that frustrate him. Bad combo.
His financial future will depend upon his investments and his planned transition to civilian life not his contract. This is universal for anyone whose high income life is short. Hopefully he took some courses at UT that will help in that regard but if not, there are a couple former players that seem to have nailed that post athletic career life.
