Every game but one will be on a Saturday (one Friday night game, last game of the season against ECU). Hopefully the weather conditions are very cold for USF when they travel here in November.

Thank goodness, I hate the Friday games (though Thanksgiving Friday is OK). I do like the occasional early in the season Thursday night game, however, so I miss not seeing any of these on the schedule.

Four weeks-- every one of those teams kicked our butt last year. Heck, even ECU beat us by 4 TD's.

I wonder if they show this time. Last time they were frustrated that they could not play nonstop during the game then drowned out by the loudspeakers.

How come we almost ALWAYS have a home game the first weekend in October? It has been like 4-5 years since the last time we had a bunch of the UC band at our house for the Minster Oktoberfest.

I think I like the idea that our toughest games are after the bye week.
We have a lot of young players, and giving them half the season to work into things might give us a better chance in that late Oct. into Nov. stretch.
On the other hand, that stretch could prove brutal anyway.

There is potential to go into the "meat" of our schedule at 5-1. The schedule seems extremely back loaded next season. Getting back to a bowl seems like a possibility with a bit of luck and some improvement.

I would put us as solid underdogs against OU. They were very good last season and have a lot returning, at least offensively.
