NCAA Cost of Attendance Settlement - DogsWin1 - 02-04-2017 12:15 PM

Several stories within the story here... The one that really catches my attention is the extraordinary amount that Plantiff's (and Defense) attorneys are reaping out of this money grab.

What's weird is that, to my understanding, no school HAS to pay the "Cost of Attendance" to students, but they are allowed to. So how can they be sued over not getting it when there is still nothing saying current students must get it? What's to stop the students from the 1950s on also suing?

Any class action lawsuit is designed where the lawyers make all the money and the victims nothing. No surprise
