Professional wrestlers dropping like flies... Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, most famous as part of the tag-team The Hart Foundation, dead at age 63.
Neidhart also briefly played for the Oakland Raiders and Dallas Cowboys.

It sounds like Aretha Franklin is close to death. That would be a sad loss, although she's been ill for quite some time. But we're talking about someone who absolutely is on the Mt. Rushmore of living singers (for now).

Another one that have been ill for a few years is Sean Connery. Roger Moore was a surprise since we never knew he was ill before he died.

Now, Aretha and George Michaels singing in Heaven for their song I Knew You Were Waiting For Me. That was her last number 1 hit on the main charts.
