Not a Gimmee... Uconn will be prepared. They are always physical. We will need to strap em on.

There's a post on the Coogs board from a UH band member that the band was asked to vacate the field last night to allow UConn to practice. He said that the players went on the field for about 10 minutes, and then picked up their stuff and left. Don't know if they went somewhere else.
I'm no insider, and I obviously wasn't there, but I find that strange that they didn't use the field at the allotted time.
Maybe CBD thinks a walkthrough at the hotel would suffice. Hmmmm..

Hate to bust the band member's theory, but teams don't do a full practice the night before a game. Most often, they do just a quick walk through. Nothing more than checking the locker room, coaches box, field turf, and general environment. This would be especially true for UConn @ Houston since more than likely the equipment truck wouldn't have arrived already.
