Based on the above schedule's home teams, I assume ESPN and the SBC have, for the most part, contracted with crews in Charlotte, Atlanta, and Memphis to produce the games, as the vast majority of home teams are App, Georgia St, and Ark State? Or are those universities producing the games themselves? Of is it that just those universities have announced TV lineups for their teams?

All but 5 of the GSU games will be televised one way or another, home and away

Totally didn't expect us to host 1 of the 2 ESPN2 games. Should be a fun white out game.

They're going to show Hanner on national tv?

I thought that's exciting as well. Looking forward to the games.

We used to see a lot of Jones Production out of Little Rock, they have their own sat truck.

Why no games on the U?

I agree this is better than what we had but we rate at least a couple of games on ESPNU and ESPN News as well as 2!

I think those universities are producing the games themselves (at least I'm pretty sure Georgia State is).

And yet CPC, one of the nicest arenas in the NCAA hosts one TV game.

I'm pretty sure most of the ESPN3 games today were directly related to which schools were willing tp produce their games and send the contact to ESPn3. If UTA wants to get their games on, they need to come up with a similar deal.

Because only one team finished in the Top 100 and none in preseason Top 100 would be my guess.

That part I get, but for the national game, we go to Strahan? Which arena makes the SBC look better? When Troy came to town a year ago, the SBC broadcast that and it looked great, sounded great and was helped by a great game. That made thew SBC look good in my opinion. That wall is not going to help and no camera angle is going to change that.

When we had Texas Hall and the SLC put games on the Fox Sports affiliate, we all knew Our games would never get picked unless it was a conference tournament, for that very reason. It made the conference look bad with one of its teams playing in that. Not saying Strahan is on par with Texas Hall, nothing is, but there certainly is a better option.

If they were picking in state match ups for ESPN2 surely UL and ULM would have been preferable to UTA@TXST... It wanna say they've picked us the last 2 years also and I don't know why they keep doing it, but I'm glad lol.

I imagine ESPN is the one who chose the game, not the SBC.

Well if that's the case, I should be flattered that they chose UTA.

They are picking big schools in big markets. The Georgia Southern-Georgia State game is also a rematch of the Sun Belt Conference Championship game.
