AState PG Cameron Golden dismissed from team - chiefsfan - 10-05-2015 09:09 PM
Golden average 14 Points per game last year.
He was arrested in Jonesboro this past weekend on the charge of Aggravated Robbery. Apparently, he used a handgun to rob a drug dealer.
If convicted, he faces 40 years to life in prison.
Sigh. Just nuke the entire program already and be done with it.

Isn't that what he did?
I don't see Brady doing anything with this team this year so hopefully that's the capstone and we can start over from scratch.

40 years is the least amount of time if convicted? Did he rip a couple pounds off the guy and critically injure him? You can murder someone and serve way less than that.
Edit: He and three other guys apparently stole the money from a guy wanting to purchase an ounce and allegedly pointed a handgun at him in the process. The guy initially did not want to file a report and did. Stupid mistake and a stupider criminal justice system. 40 years lol

Got to read the full story today. AState and Jonesboro PD cleared up a freaking crime wave.
Golden gets busted for armed robbery and possession of drugs.
The victim refuses to make a report and shortly thereafter is stopped for a traffic offense and found to be carrying a good quantity of drugs.
Meanwhile a third guy gets arrested while trying to use Golden's ID and is found to be carrying a very sizeable quantity of drugs as well.
Very productive night of policing and the campus is better off for it.
Brady has sold his home in Jonesboro and bought a home in New Orleans so I applaud John for planning ahead.

Kid should have stuck with basketball, as he sounds like a decent PG. He obviously sucks at armed robbery.
Brady should be arrested for impersonating a basketball coach.
